What is the Cisco product equivalent of the Ubiquiti Nanostation M5?

They dont really have any.

Way back i did some Point to Point setups using 1252 (yes that old brick) and directional antennas. It works fine, but no real equivalent.

There was also a 13xx series that could to point to point.

Today you might be able to use some 15xx for the same problem.

PS:

Once WAAYYY back I think Cisco bought a company named "Xalt" or something like that.

That equipment could to many cool things, but the price was somewhat high when comparing to Ubnt.

Exalt is the company Cisco resold P2P bridges. ubiquity is a very low cost option that you will not find in Cisco/Exalt and or really other manufacturers like Bridgewave, Proxim, and Motorola for example.
