Cisco ISE and Wireless options

Evening All, 

I have a few questions regarding Wireless WLC and ISE , The best way to configure the following . 

1. A guest network that can use a token to login and change every day,week etc.  I see the token option on ISE but cannot find any documentation on it .

2. Corp Wifi that uses AD to authenticate users . 

I have successfully enabled VPN access with anyconnect to allow the ISE to authenticate users in AD to log into specific Tunnel groups and then use a Downloadable ACL to restric access per group in AD . 

Would it be something similar , any detailed help would be great .
