Hello,
The logo on the page which would be printed with the guest user credentials can be customized. It can be done from:
Administration > Users, Roles & AAA > Users > Click on the User name for 'Lobby Ambassador' > Click on the 'lobby Ambassador Defaults' tabs & scroll down to see the 'update Logo' option.
The details of the emails/credentials format can't be customized.

Doesn't look good:
Correction, here you go: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/net_mgmt/prime/infrastructure/3-10/reference/guide/cisco_prime_infrastructure_3_10_reference_guide/field_reference_for_administration_pages.html
See Table 1. for more details.

Hi,
the only posibility is to change "Disclaimer" which is small part in the footer of the generated email. Our question is how to edit full body of the email, but it looks this is not possible at all. Problem is that the body/content of the email is wrongly formatted, important information are on the same line - Guest Account Password and Profile name. Also it will be much better to present the COMPANY in the body of email, etc.
Is there any chance to edit full body of generated email?
Thank you.
Tomas

I don't think so. The guest portal function on the Prime is sadly only very basic.
What you could do though, Prime offers a REST API and you could create a small website/program to create the guest users and create your own form through that.
