Hello
There is a cluster in HA. The primary node is reinstalled and it is not possible to restore HA with the secondary.
At the same time, the secondary node is currently active and HA is configured on it. It cannot be removed.
How can I remove HA on the secondary active PI node?

Hi
Are you able to access the secondary node using SSH? Did you try run the command "ncs ha remove" ?
There´s a thread here in the blog with similar issue:

you can remove HA from GUI :
Step 1 Log in to Prime Infrastructure with a user ID that has administrator privileges.
Step 2 Select Administration > Settings > High Availability .
what mode you installed new Prime Infra ? ( do you have orginal backup ? from Primary ?)
You have 2 Options, you can install new Prime join to the secondary and sync config from secondary by enable HA again.

I don't have backup from primary. There is a backup from the secondary node. When restoring this backup on a new primary node, errors occur when starting NCS processes. I need to remove HA from the secondary node via shell. This cannot be done through the gui and cli if the secondary node is active.
