Using Gmail 

smtp.gmail.com

I had 3 Cisco Prime Mail server working fine last week they stopped sending reports.

gmail gives me an error device app not secure trying to access mail

no matter what I do reports are not emailed

tried port 25 ,ttl/ssl 465

i would check is the PI exposed to Internet to connect gmal server, is there any change at edge FW ?

check from command level you able to telnet to google email server ?

The smtp sever smtp.Gmail.com keeps blocking the login from the Cisco Prime even if I say it’s excepted connection and allow less secure APPS

- Check your internet IP hasn't been added to a SMTP block list eg: https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx

- In gmail settings disable POP (if enabled) then re-enable - I have seen that fix a similar problem in the past.
