Cisco Solution for Multiple Guest Authentication

Dear Folks,
I am looking for a solution in a hospital that can have wireless access for guest users . Guest users will be registered through captive portal page and password provided through SMS .
Is there a solution on Cisco that can provide this functionality . I am not sure if NAC Guest Server or ISE provides the same .
