I have a Ruckus AP model H320 (Mac: 7047.7726.67b0) connected directly to my Cisco Catalyst 2960 > Port Gi0/5
But due to some reason the switch does not detect the Access point.

We are pretty much sure that the AP does not have any issue because this is a new AP sent from the vendor and we also tried some spare APs but the result is same.
Can someone check the configuration and advise please.

I've seen this hundreds of times (different PD) -- The port is "pulling power" but there is no MAC address.
The AP has crashed.

So you confirm that the issue is with the AP.

No, YOU have to confirm the issue with the AP.

@BGH don't you need to set native VLAN on the switch port for the Ruckus management VLAN?
Have you enabled LLDP on the switch: globally "lldp run" and on the switch port which is usually on by default?
This is a working switch port config (C1000-24P-4G-L running 15.2(7)E7) with a Ruckus H350 AP:
interface GigabitEthernet1/0/1
description <your description>
switchport trunk native vlan XXX
switchport mode trunk
no cdp enable
spanning-tree portfast edge trunk
spanning-tree bpdufilter enable
spanning-tree bpduguard disable
end

GigabitEthernet0/9 is down, line protocol is down (notconnect) <<- this L1 issue
the line is down and protocol is also down
as Mr. Leo mention this issue of AP crashed not config
let wait his reply

@MHM Cisco World the question was about the Ruckus AP connected to Gi0/5:

We tried resetting the AP mutliple
Changed the eth cable
Restarted the port Gi0/5
We also tried different port Gi0/9
But same issue
Thanks
