Yes is the answer to your question; Cisco APs can be configured in a wide variety of scenarios including wireless to wireless bridge. The simplest form of the bridge is a Workgroup Bridge, this configuration assumes that each client behind the bridge is on the same VLAN. You can however tag traffic crossing the wireless bridge where you would have multiple VLANs behind the bridge. This is an excerpt from my network:
