Hello,
Can we force an AP to redownload the image from the controller?

If the AP image does not match the WLC image version, it will automatically acquire the new image from WLC.

Yes but i need to reimage the AP, it's possible?

You can force a download but if the AP already had the image then there is no need to do it a second time, only if you have evidence the image has been corrupted.
You have not answered any of my or Leo's questions so I'll pose them again:
Why would you want to re-download the same image a second time?
What model of AP?
What model of WLC?
What version of software?

yes you can manually (pre-)download the image from the controller to the access point
either to the primary, or to the backup image
Configure Pre-image Downloading a Secondary Image onto an AP with 32MB Flash System - Cisco
look for similar document about pre-downloading if you have a different controller (9800 or other version)

I already do predownload the image but nothing happened on the AP, no downloading, no restart.

What is the model of the AP?

AP using CAP3502-E

Pre-download does not restart the AP, it downloads the image to the AP's backup image (not on some older APs like 3700 which do not have enough space for 2 images) in preparation for WLC upgrade. When the WLC is rebooted then all the APs reboot and switch to the backup image which then becomes primary. Any which don't have the correct version will then download it.
Predownload only does the software predownload to the AP - nothing else.
If you answer the questions I've asked in my other replies we might be able to offer you some more advice.

Procedure:
Specify APs for predownload by entering this command:
config ap image predownload {primary | backup} {ap_name | all}
The primary image is the new image; the backup image is the existing image. APs always boot with the primary image.
Swap an AP’s primary and backup images by entering this command:
config ap image swap {ap_name | all}
Display detailed information on APs specified for predownload by entering this command:
show ap image {all | ap-name}

Hello,
Why would you want to re-download the same image it's already running on?
I think 5Ghz radio for that AP is malfunction because 5Ghz SSID is not running, and i found this error and i want to reimage the AP
lwapp_reap_config_webauth: failed to config webauth for vapID 2
lwapp_reap_config_webauth: cannot get ssid_cfg for slotId 1, vapID 3
lwapp_reap_config_webauth: failed to config webauth for vapID 3
lwapp_reap_config_webauth: cannot get ssid_cfg for slotId 1, vapID 4
lwapp_reap_config_webauth: failed to config webauth for vapID 4
lwapp_reap_config_webauth: cannot get ssid_cfg for slotId 1, vapID 5
lwapp_reap_config_webauth: failed to config webauth for vapID 5
What model of AP? CAP-3502-E
What model of WLC? CT2504
What version of software? 8.5.182.0

1. Downloading the software again will not solve that problem, it's probably a faulty radio (RMA required). Collect the complete console log from the AP from power on, save to .txt file and attach file to your reply. If the radio has failed it will show in the log at boot time.
2. You should be using 8.5.182.11 (link below) not 8.5.182.0.
3. Using wrong regulatory domain AP (which does not match WLC country configuration) can also cause 5GHz radio to be disabled. Again this would show up in the logs. What country is the WLC configured for? What is the exact model number of the AP (from the label on the back of the AP)?

Hi
The AP is working normally previously, when i have complain some user can't connect to the wifi then i found the AP uptime is only 1 minute, so i think the AP suddenly reboot. After that i can see no 5Ghz SSID is showing on that AP and check log from AP side there an error like i mention previously. So i believe this is not issue with software version or regulatory domain.

is this AP powered by PoE ?
-> it may not get enough power to activate both radio's !
-->> check the power budget on the switch,
maybe another PoE device has been connected and has gotten priority over this AP
