Hello,
I noticed on my EWC, CleanAir's statistics are empty (monitoring -> wireless -> CleanAir Statistics) even if cleanair is enabled on my EWC (Configuration -> Radio Configurations -> CleanAir) on both frequency 5Ghz & 2.4Ghz.
Why CleanAir statistics remains empty on this menu monitoring -> Wireless -> CleanAir Statistics
I am using Cisco Catalyst 9115AX with EWC
Thank you
J.

You haven't mentioned what model of AP or software version but you should start with https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/access_point/feature-matrix/ap-feature-matrix.html#_Toc53467241 to see whether clean air is even supported at all.

I am using Cisco Catalyst 9115ax. What "SI" means in the matrix that you linked ?

It's in the description in the left column of that row - Spectrum Intelligence!
It's a reduced/lite version of Clean Air - https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/9800/17-4/config-guide/b_wl_17_4_cg/m_si_vewlc.html supported by standard WiFi chipsets.
Page 56 - 59 of https://www.ciscolive.com/c/dam/r/ciscolive/apjc/docs/2018/pdf/BRKEWN-3010.pdf provide more detail on SI.
Basically if you want Clean Air you need to buy the right hardware that supports it.

Thanks for these informations. I learned Spectrum Intelligence.
In the slide 58 we can see a sample display of Spectrum Intelligence, that I don't have in my ewc. However I have a lot of DECT endpoints & accesspoints (+ some bluetooth devices) in my BSA. What do you think about that ?

Well those slides are from 2018 on AireOS not IOS-XE so could be the feature has not been fully implemted yet on EWC. Make sure your config is correct as per the config guide and command reference https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/ewc/17-4/cmd-ref/ewc_cr_17_4/configuration-commands-a-to-f.html Check using CLI because GUI features sometimes lag behind the CLI. If it's still not working then you need to open a TAC case and work with Cisco TAC to get a bug raised if necessary.
