Hi All,

Environment: WLC 5520 version 8.5.161.0.

I have problem about Client connected SSID and It's can't obtain DHCP then this Wi-Fi status "no internet"

Example:

2 SSID: A and B [WLAN config same interface VLAN Identifier 152]

1 SSID: C [WLAN config interface VLAN identifier 154]

When Issue occurred, Client connect SSID:C, It's can connected and connect internet normally.

But Client connect SSID A and B. It's can't obtain IP Address.

All SSID obtain IP Address from same DHCP Server.

So I must be restart both WLC then Client connect SSID: A and B normally.

Could you suggest or Have you any face like this problem ?

Thanks you all.

   1) Check DHCP server's logs
   2) Upgrade  controller to advisory releasehttps://software.cisco.com/download/home/286284738/type/280926587/release/8.10.185.0
   3) Have a checkup of the controller configuration with this procedure : https://community.cisco.com/t5/networking-knowledge-base/show-the-complete-configuration-without-breaks-pauses-on-cisco/ta-p/3115114/page/2#toc-hId-1039672820 , have the output analyzed with : https://cway.cisco.com/wireless-config-analyzer/
   4) Use client debugging according to https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/aironet-1200-series/100260-wlc-debug-client.html (corrected)  , you can have client debugs analyzed with https://cway.cisco.com/wireless-debug-analyzer/
