command to see access point power mode on IOS XE

on AireOS it was convenient to see if access point works in "full power" mode or medium/low power , e.g. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/7-6/configuration-guide/b_cg76/b_cg76_chapter_01111010.pdf

But I have not found similar command on C9800 (Firmware Version 17.03.07)...

It there such possibility exists or it was removed and other indirect ways are only options for that ?!

I presume you're referring to PoE power rather than radio power?  It still works pretty much the same as on AireOS:
9800#sh ap name <ap-name> config general | inc power|Power|PoE
PoE Pre-Standard Switch : Disabled
PoE Power Injector MAC Address : Disabled
Power Type/Mode : PoE/Full Power
AP power derate Capability : Disabled
9800#

                   - Checkout : show ap auto-rf dot11 24ghz <AP-name>  |  inc Power    (e.g.)

 M.

-- Each morning when I wake up and look into the mirror I always say ' Why am I so brilliant ? '
When the mirror will then always repond to me with ' The only thing that exceeds your brilliance is your beauty! '
