I have no problem with a Lenovo using the same processor at all. Have you tried changing preamble settings and insured that your authentication is configure correctly on the WLAN on the controller. WPA and WPA 2 can be TKIP or AES.

I'm sorry, but what are you trying to do?
Are you:
a. Trying to telnet/ssh/console into the WLC;
b. Associate to the WLC;
c. Configure the WLC?

He is trying to get the HP to associate to the AP in an LWAPP environment with a atom chipset on the HP. Make sure to try it first with no security. Then add WEP. Then change to whatever you plan on using. This shows you if it is a function of connectivity, association, or authentication.

Hi Dennis,
Thanks. I don't see him mention if he's got an AP or not. :-)

True. LOL I didn't ask that. I would assume he does have an AP but...... Do you have an AP? If not that definitely is the problem.
