Controller cannot connect to web interface

is the AP acting as Mobility express ? what Logs you see when you try to access web on AP ?

have you tried reboot the AP and check ?

I only think of latest browsers with TLS connection issue or certificate expired.

yes i tried

the certification will expire in 2030

thank you for the test you have done, as mentioned @Rich R  - try that option.

if you have SSH option (try debug and see what errors you getting when you trying to access Gui from clients)

Try re-generating the certificate? config certificate generate webadmin

You will need a reboot after that.

thank you Rich R

Then your options are:
- Open a TAC case if you have a Cisco support contract
- Factory default reset the ME and reconfigure it.
