Hi,
I have done debug client mac address to figure out why the client disconnected , unfortunately client disconnected totally but the logs gaves only
association request and response
What is next ?

Take a wireless packet capture & see. Below may be useful

Also attach your client debug output & give detail about client device, AP model, software version of WLC
