Deployment of 1562E in Mobility Express mode

I have a 1562E in Mobility Express mode and 2pcs ANT2480 + 2pcs ANT 5180.

My software version is 8.4.100.0 mobility express mode.

I plan to make 2pcs ANT2480 at port 1 & 2. and ANT 5180 at port 3 & 4.

question:

1. Whats the default antenna mode for the AP1562E?

it doesn't show me any antenna mode when I enter command below:

(Cisco Controller) >show ap config general APA023.XXXX.XXXX

2. When I try to config it as single mode: it give me the error.

(Cisco Controller) >config ap antenna-band-mode single APA023.XXXX.XXXX

AP does not support multiple antenna band modes.

3. When I try to disable another two antenna to use for 2.4Ghz or 5GHz, I just couldn't do that.

(Cisco Controller) >config 802.11b 11nSupport antenna APA023.XXXX.XXXX D disable

Invalid Input for Antenna Configurations.

or

(Cisco Controller) >config 802.11a 11nSupport antenna  APA023.9FA9.F2C2 A disable

Antennas must be disabled in D, C, B, A order.

Could anyone please help me?

thank you.

Possibly this bug? It doesn't list that software version but matches your first error.

Looking at your second error, another user had this when troubleshooting and disabled beamforming to fix it:

hi ric, thank you for the link, I saw this before too. but I am having problem for not having the service contract.

Have a look here and pay attention to the part "Customers without a service contract":
