Disable SSL requirements for WebAuth

I am wondering if there is a way to disable the SSL requirements for the Web Authentication? Currently I only see options to add/create a new certificate. If there is a way to do this, please help.

to which product do you quesion refer to?

WLC 2000, 4100, 4400?
