Can anyone tell me what i need to change so my stations that are not mobile will quit associating and reassociating?

Try increasing the Max. No. Retries.
Is Signal strength and Quality alright ?

signal strength and quality are fine

Play with reties on both the AP and the clients.
If you are using multiple antennas per AP, the problem will be even worse in some places.
