I had my phone setup on our network to work with Cisco mobility through my 8961 desk phone. A couple of days ago, Verizon upgraded my phone to 4.0 ice cream and my mobility functionality stopped. Any ideas?

You should forget the network and then reconnect. If that does not work you may try an android forum or call Verizon.
