Can't find any wrong with the switchports and AP's that can result in Duplex mismatch.
The only differense I can find is the AP that is in all duplex missm. log's is used for other Mesh AP's to connect to.
Any suggestions would be great.
Thanks
Mikael

Don't hard-code the speed and duplex setting. Let them auto-negotiate.

Make sure your not setting the speed or the duplex. Let the switch and the ap auto negotiate.
