Fail to upgrade firmware on AIR-CT5508-HA

Hi all,

I try to upgrade WLC and transfer image V.7.6.110.0 via 3CDaemon.

After enter "transfer download start" on WLC the process is running.

Then the screen output is show

Please advise to solve this problem

I try to upgrade WLC and transfer image V.7.6.110.0 via 3CDaemon.

3CDaemon do not support file sizes above 12 Mbps 32 Mb.  I'd recommend you use TFTPd32/TFTPd64 instead.

I use 3C all the time it works well. 

1. Is 3C pointing to the right dir where the file lives 

2. Screen shot how you have the wlc tftp side set up

I use 3CDeamon also with no issues.  Leo just got back from vacation, so he's a tad bit rusty:)

Make sure your laptop firewall is disabled and also make sure your not on the wireless with initiating the TFTP/FTP, you need to be on the wired side.

Give me a break guys!  Last time I used 3CDaemon was in 2008.  

I was mistaken with my quote of "12 Mb" size limit.  3CDaemon doesn't support 32 Mb.  TFTPd32/TFTPd64 supports 32 Mb (and beyond).   This is the reason why I shifted.

3CDaemon support over 50 Mb and I use it to upgrade many WLCs.

I am sure my laptop is firewall disabled and transfer on the wired.

You can always try to transfer from the service port also.

1.Yes, I think state of transferring is fine but something wrong to read/execute file on WLC.

2.I will capture screenshot to share later :)

Normally, I use 3CDaemon and it's fine. But I will try with tftpd32.

Symptom:
debug message scrolls with "*emWeb: Mar 19 17:21:44.334: Still waiting! Status = 1" though file transfer is completed
