FIPS 140-2 on a AP2802i with Mobility Express

I am trying to verify if the AIR-AP2802i-A-K8 with Mobility express is capable of FIPS140-2.  I found this article below which states Mobility Express and the 2802i are compatible as of 8.3, but I am unable to enter the CLI command for FIPS: config switchconfig fips-prerequisite.

Does anyone know if it is possible to configure FIPS on a Cisco Aironet AP without a WLC?

Based on this it doesn't yet seem to be supported: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/technotes/8-7/b_feature_matrix_for_802_11ac_wave2_access_points.html
But check the release notes of the 8.8 releases to be sure.
