Hello,
we have Cisco WLC controller in our company infrastructure. We need to accomplish the next configuration.
We need configuration that allows users in branch office connecting to Staff SSID to get IP from branch router and users connecting to Guest SSID to get IP from main office router.
In other words we need for Staff SSID Flexconnect mode and for Guest SSID we need local mode.

If you are using 9800 controllers, these are some of the documents that you can refer..

If you are using AirOS controllers,

@divas80 it's worth clarifying the terminology for you:
Local mode and Flexconnect mode are AP modes not WLAN (SSID) modes.
You want central authentication and switching for your Guest SSID (sent to WLC) and you want flexconnect local switching (with local or central authentication) on your Staff SSID.
So your AP must be in Flexconnect mode and then you can configure the WLANs accordingly as per the various guide links others have shared.
You did not mention:
What model of WLC?
What version of software?
