For Wism -1 Controllers some APS(1042) need to upgrade ios(lwapp) Manually

Hi
1.In our client production Network four Wism-1 controller .
2.They are some Access point Image are corrupt for two month or in one month.
3.so i have to upload New ios (lwapp image) in this Access points,for every two or 1months we to upload new ios for APs(1040)
4. how to upload new ios via consloe with secure crt.
5.Experts please advice

Just to add to Leo's comment.  It depends on the state your AP is in. Just do a web search for "cisco lightweight access point tftp image" and you will find various ways to upload an image to an AP.  Seems like either the code you are running has a bad AP image or if it's the same AP's that have issue, the AP's are going bad.
