once the guest user session is established, it will not disconnect if you make changes to customize the portal, next time when the users will connect and get redirected, they will see the updated customized page.

Not 100% sure what you currently have setup. Do you already have a captive portal on ISE and you can’t find where the portal is to edit it? Or you need to configure one?

Hi, I think I found it.

However if I change images in the guest portal whilst users are connected
to guest WiFi, will they lose connection?

Thanks in advance

No current users wont get affected. Portal will update when you hit save in ISE

Hi there,

To clarify, I mean change anything in the "Portal Page Customisation" section of ISE. This is where Wifi Guest Users get authenticated

once the guest user session is established, it will not disconnect if you make changes to customize the portal, next time when the users will connect and get redirected, they will see the updated customized page.
