My Dell laptop has a Microsoft laptop wireless card (MN-520) which connects fine with my wireless network at home.
At work we use Cisco Aironet 350 Access Points and I am trying to access that network using the same card. But I have had no luck so far. The Aironet console tool shows that it has authenticated the laptop but not associated.
We are using MIC and TKIP protocols. Is this supported on non-cisco cards ?
Are there any specific setting to make non-Cisco wireless cards work ?
Any help/pointers greatly appreciated.

No..MIC and TKIP is only supported on cisco's wireless client cards. Third party client cards will not work.

There is a setting on the AP 350 that will allow or dis-allow other types of cards. I believe it is under the express setup page.
