Issue: some of AP3802 ping so high.

The wlc 2504 version 8.5.161.0. On the wlc web page-wireless-all aps-ap5~8 both display radio1 is down and not support.

Double check the country code on the ap matches what is defined on the wlc.

Yes,I found that products 3802i and 1832i are from different regions.

What can I do now.Add the both codes at wireless-country-selection or  change something in the APs 3802i ?

If you have an ap in a different or try code and you want that ap to join, you need to add the country code in the wlc. This is one of the steps for aps to join.

As you say have been resolved, there is a new problem, the client response is slow while roaming. How to disable the situation where the signal is good but the rate is very low, such as showing that 5Mbps actually cannot access the Internet.
