Two 9800 sso mode deployments, how to reboot one of the devices via command line or webui?

Force Switchover

If you want to force a switchover between boxes you can either manually reboot the active 9800 WLC or run this command:

# redundancy force-switchover

Hi

 9800 is just like a switch and run IOS-XE. If you want to restart or reload, you can use the commamd "reload" on cli. Make sure you save your config first. 

 When in SSO you can  also access the standby using CLI, but the prompt will be slightly different.

How can i access the standby using CLI ?

 Just like you access the primary. You just need to use the correct IP address

bare in mind - reload from Active will reload both the devices.

Once the they are in HA, standby have limited access other than just console access (no commands can be issued)

Do you configured any out of Manangement port ?
