how to add back the deleted local management user on wireless controller

hi Folks, i accidentally deleted "local management user" on the controller and since the new TACACS is also not working i am locked out of the controller

is there a way i can push a new local management user via Cisco prime on the controller and can login ?

any help would be greatly appreciated !!!!

I never tested this. But to add a user on PI (3.9) do the following:

Configure -> Templates -> Features & Technologies -> now open Features and Technologies / Controller / Management and here Local Management User. Now fill this template out with a new management user and save it. Then try to apply it to your WLC and hope it works.
