how to adjust Tx power level of wifi signal per access point on 9800

I cannot manually adjust Tx power level on WLC 9800 per access point , screen below shows that related field in access point parameters is inactive (grayed out).

How can manual Tx power adjustment per access point can be done in 9800 ?

                                           Substitute auto by ? to see command options for power levels

You don't say what version of software you're using but on mine (17.9.1) hovering over the i symbol next to 

Tx Power Level Assignment shows "Tx Power Level Assignment cannot be configured when Role Assigment Method is Auto or Monitor." which answers your question for you.

So if you change the Role Assignment from Auto to Client Serving then you'll be able to change Tx Power from Global to Custom and select whatever level you want to.
