How to change in Aironet 1815i Mobility Express controller to Capwap mode?

This issue become a nightmare to me.

I want to convert the AP 1815i (which is mobility express controller right now), to be exactly, in the console appear like this: (Cisco Controller) > , to a simply capwap mode access point.

I tried everything i don't know how to fix the problem, because i want to connect this ap's to a new C9800-L controller.

i tried this:

Go into AP Cisco Shell:
(Cisco Controller) > apciscoshell

Log back into the AP again
Go into enable mode:
(Cisco Controller) > en

Change to CAPWAP mode:
(Cisco Controller) > ap-type capwap

The AP will reboot one more time, then it will be in CAPWAP mode.

But is not working,

when i put:

(Cisco Controller) > en

It doesn't recognize this command (en) and neither ap-type capwap

Could you help me please??

Kind regards.

Converting an AP from Mobility Express to CAPWAP Type
Connect to the Console Port, Telnet or SSH to the AP.
Login to the Mobility Express controller console.

Type: apciscoshell (connect to the AP console)
Login to the AP console:

username and passowrd Cisco Cisco. (case-sensitive)
Enter enable.
Type: ap-type capwap, and confirm .

When the AP is on the Capwap mode:

From Capwap to Mobiltiy Express
ap-type mobility-express tftp://x.x.x.x/file_name.tar

I have the same problem and I don’t know how to fix. The guide in internet doesn’t fix it. Try to open an incident in Cisco TAC support
