Sure, you can stick an amplifier on each side, or a bigger antenna (or a more directional antenna with a higher DB gain).

Dear Sir,
These Signals are Not Directional ,these are comming from normal DSL Router Modem,i.e Linksys,Netgear,
So I need some Antenna or some Range Expander which will work for me from all sides Like I will fix it with my PCI LAN Card and it will boost my signals.
What Lan Card I am useing Please see here .
My PCI CARD

My Friends DSL modem .

Get a better antenna for your PC. That will make a HUGE difference.
You could also put a better antenna on the AP.

To Connect an AP I think We must have to have a UTP cable ,and then I have to connect this .
Well Ok AP is Ok but tell me I need to boost up my signals without touching my friends pc or modem how can it is possible .
One of my Friend say that you have to buy a AP and then you will fix as Repeater and for this you have to know your Friends SSID and WEP key I say Ok I have all these things ,
But after this he say for this you have to Plug UTP cable in your Friends Modem this is so far from me as you see in picture ,And he say without touching my Pc if you can get more signals then Ok !
So AP will not work when you dont have any modem or router in Backbone.

Yes indeed, an antenna adapted to your physical situation , a good site survey, cisco material (A.P., adapter and software [if properly configured]) are some of the paths to a better reception.

First of all guys we need to look at the root problem here. The wireless dsl router is probably of retail quality meaning it has a low powered radio with poor receive sensitivity. Compound that with the use of a poor client adapter (laptop) and you have a recipe for poor signal. Power doesn't equal quality of signal. You could increase the power ten fold and if the quality is still bad then the connection will be poor. Buy an enterprise class acess point, enable diversity (for multipath issues) and get a good quality network adapter for the PC. This will solve 90% of connectivity issues. If you still have problems look at the drivers configuration for your laptop card.
