How to remove redundant IP targets from ustawas SSO Primary, now Stand-Alone wlc

Ok.  I have replaced my 5508 with a new 5520.  Its HA secondary mate has been redeployed to another primary.

Now I want to normal-up the 5508 as a stand-alone Primary..  However while I can and did disable SSO and managment gateway failover, disassociated from (still) existing RF group and turnoff wlan networks, I am still unable to remove the stale IP's redundancy management and peer-reduncancy management because such bogus IP's are manditory 0.0.0.0 is not an option

Not sure if this is even possible. I would either completely factory reset it and then start the configuration from scratch or simply accept the stale IPs.
