HQ WLC 5520and branch WLC 2504, branch as primary and HQ as secondary

WLC 5520 installed in HQ, i have got WLC 2504 at the remote site, i need to configure the SSID same as HQ at the branch using the WLC 2504, if the branch WLC failed i need the AP to be part of the HQ WLC as backup WLC. how possible is this design. we had bought the branch WLC and AP..

Hi

 HA SSO which is the best approach will not be possible for you. You should have same hardware in both ends. Further more, 2504 doesn't suposup SSO.

 But you can have N + 1 HA, for example. This redundant method is not good as SSO but is better than nothing. If one WLC drops, AP will migrate to the other site with a small downtime period.
