recently we bought a air-CAP2602I-N-K9, but we don't adquire the WLC, it's possible configured the access point if we don't have the WLC?

You cannot use the CAP2602 (lightweight) version without a controller, but the can be converted to an autonomous access point like many of the other one.
You do have to be able to download the autonomous code for that model though. If you can get that, do a quick search fro converting cisco lightweight ap to autonomous. A lot of instruction out there on the process.
