Dear Guys,
1- I just want to know is it possible to convert indoor access point AIR-CAP3702E-E-K9 to work as standalone instead of control based or this is not possible?
2- if I have 2 outdoor access point AIR-AP1572EAC-M-K9 and I want to connect them as point to point and distance between them 300m, is it possible to connect them with the specified distance or it will not
Thanks,

Yes you can convert the 3700 to autonomous via a controller or a manual process.
In regard to your 1500's your didtance for P2P depends on the antenna. As long as the antenna is compatible with your AP the range depends on thr antennas rating.

Here is a link to the 1570 range calculator.

300M isn't bad if the sites are line of sight without any obstructions.
