Hello, i have an issue here, if someone can help.
I have to translate a configuration file from a WLC2504 to a new WLC9800 so no longer aireos but ios xe platform as you know.
From previous controller, there had two interfaces : one for the guest and the other for a corporate wlan that were both untagged as 0.
Problem is that is that in WLC9800i am not able to affect these two wlan to the native vlan1 or i cannot find found the way to do it properly, if someone can help
But yes, i know keeping native vlan is not a best practice

To assign VLAN tags (or not) to the different SSIDs, if using AP in Flexconnect mode then you need to do that under the Flex Profile (https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/catalyst-9800-series-wireless-controllers/213945-understand-flexconnect-on-9800-wireless.html#toc-hId-2014319370), but if using it in local mode then that piece of configuration is done only by setting the VLAN Id under Policy Profile.

You probably integrating that with ISE, so you can use the dynamic VLAN assignment as per the below document. If not using ISE at this stage, you need to change the Policy Profile assigned

- Besides other replies ; you can always have a checkup of the WLC9800 current configuration with the CLI command show tech wireless and feed the output into : Wireless Config Analyzer
This procedure is strongly advised as for instance confirmed in : This is so good

VLAN x is untag which is L2
then you separate the VLAN in DHCP into two range depend on Op82
are this your previous config ?
