Hi,
If create Internal DHCP on C9800 for Wireless, It also distributes IP DHCP to wired clients in same vlan. Can it be disabled IP DHCP to distributed to wired clients?

- Consider setting up DHCP services as mentioned in https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/wireless/catalyst-9800-series-wireless-controllers/guide-c07-743627.html#DHCPbridgingandDHCPrelay ; then you only need one DHCP service on the wireless/wired intranet (too) ,

You should be using the same DHCP server(s) for wired and wireless.
So if you already have a server for wired then why not use that for wireless too?
If you have more than one server serving the same subnet then make sure the IP ranges they're serving do not overlap otherwise you could end up with duplicate IP problems.
