Hello

Anyone can explain what this error say?

Make sure your WLC software is up to date as per TAC recommended link below.  You haven't mentioned what WLC, APs and software version you're currently using so not possible to comment any further.

Also make sure the client OS and WiFi drivers are fully updated to the latest versions.
