I uploaded a wrong cisco aircap3720I-e-k9 access point ios instead of an autonomous ios image. Can I restore the former image?. If so how?. I have configured a tftp server to upload an image from an identical autonomous access point. Would this completely replace the wrong IOS I installed?. I wont have issues loading the autonomous ios to my tftp server..

You can use the below guide : (make sure you download right image from cisco site)

Hi
What you can do is repeat the process with the right image.
You can also try to boot the former image if you go to rommon mode. In case the older image is still on the flash;

Can I still get to view if the old image is still present?. If still present, kindly send me syntax on how. Because right now I will be dealing with a different IOS whose dynamics i don't know.
