Issue with Radio Signal in WiFi Phone

                   Hi there,  I have  configured a WiFi phone for remote site. user feedback is that phone Radio signal is quite weak.  even place it next to AP, it sill show three bars, not 4 bars.  Now this AP is CAP-3502I,  it get power from 3560 swith, I check the power supply to those AP is  15.4 Watts. is anything I should check to rectify this issue. thanks in advance... 1.  What kind of phone?

2.  Don't trust what the user says.  What does the WLC say is the signal strength is between the WAP and the wireless phone?

check client signal strength on wlc (monitor -> clients) and see what RRSI indicated for that client.

what is the power level of the AP?

Are you sure the user connected to that specific ap? plz double check this on wlc.
