Hello All,

Need a suggestion if IW-DNA-A-5 license is mandatory? if, I don't have DNAC in my environment still it is mandatory to order?

Some devices are mandatory, but you do not need to buy for 5 years; you can go lower, like 1 or 3 years.

A Network license is mandatory for every AP connected to the controller.  The network license is perpetual (does not expire).
You can only get the Network license by buying the DNA license - they come as a bundle.
As @balaji.bandi says you can buy a shorter scription term and then let the DNA license expire - you just need to disable the DNA license addon on the WLC when the DNA license expires (requires a WLC reload).
