Laptops clients are unable to get IP from DHCP server, why?

I connect one test laptop to the new SSID, and never doesn't get a new IP address from the DHCP server associated to the WLAN.

What parameters i have to modify in this case??

Problem resolved only reloading the WLC.... It should be a bug i guess. Version of mobility express is 8.8

Which exact version of 8.8? There are at least 3 versions of 8.8 and the latest is 8.8.125.0.
