LEAP/ACS Radius extension DLL rejected user

I have found a doc on CCO that informed me that there was a problem between my ACS (v3.0) and my Active directory. What I do not understand is i have over 250 machines re-keying every 7 minutes and 99.9 percent work with out fail. Only a very small percentage are getting this error, however when it does happen it ends up locking out the users account in the domain. Has anyone else seen this? any feedback would be greatly appreciated

Guess that you are getting the error" Radius extension DLL rejected user". This means that the external database failed authentication. In a case using the NT database, they had duplicate accounts with differentpasswords. Try different usernames, or try creating a new user.

Got it resolved. it was a bug in the version of ACS i was running. TAC was able to resolve
