Does anyone has a document describing the LED patterns on a 1131AG? especially the UFO led on the fron of the AP.

Here are the two documents attached (I was unable to get the complete URL).
Note: One undocumented issue for the LED colors on the AIR-LAP1131AG units is that the LED will turn light green (indicating normal operation and that it connected to the WLC) when, in fact, it has no DHCP address and is unable to connect to the WLC (or anything else). Ideally, the AP is supposed to reboot until it can find a WLC, but this does not appear to happen if it is unable to get an IP address via DHCP. One fix is to make sure that the LWAP can get an IP address via DHCP and then everything works.
This has been turned into Cisco TAC who has recreated this condition an verbally acknowledged it as a bug. No word on when this will be fixed - if ever.

In re the issue where the LED turns light green even when the AP cannot join the WLC: this is:

This has already been fixed in development branch code, but the fix won't surface on CCO till the 4.1 release next CY.

Aaron's URL did not work for me.
Anyway, I interpreted "document describing the LED patterns on a 1131AG" in the original question as meaqning some dynamism.
Eg. It think it's useful to know what the LEDs patterns the AP is meant to go through as it boots (I have not seen this documented) and common patterns during operation as opposed to every combination as in Cisco doco.
The attached are some thoughts on this.

However, I do have a few observations regarding the document you attached (this is assuming that you are trying to describe normal operation behavior for testing purposes):
1) Item 5 on the list ("Alternating green, red, and amber") may not be entirely accurate. It appears to indicate that the LWAP will stay in this mode. However, it is my understanding that the LWAP will eventually reboot (starting the color sequence over again) if it cannot find a WLC after a period of time.
2) Item 6 on the list may need to account for the fact that the AP color will be light blue as soon as a client attaches to it. This state should also be included as it also indicates normal operation.
3) If you are connecting an LWAP to a WLC for the first time, it will likely follow a different color sequence as the LWAP downloads new firmware from the WLC and then reboots. The technician would need to be aware of this behavior as it is also normal so that they patiently wait to upload new code, reboot, and go through the boot sequence you describe. (Yes, I realize that if you have already primed the LWAP, it would have already downloaded code. However, where you are installing LWAPs on the same VLAN as the WLC, you might be choosing not to prime them first and you probably don't want the technician unplugging the LWAP in the middle of a firmware update.
4) Also, although there will be a fix for this sometime next year, I would include the fact that (as discussed earlier) the light green color status may indicate either normal operation (with no APs connected) or
an error obtaining a DHCP address.
If this is a document designed to help technicians resolve problems while looking at the LWAP, the only way (currently) to differentiate if the LWAP is truly connected to the WLC or not is to attempt to connect to it with a WiFi device (PDA/laptop/etc.). If it turns light blue then you can assume it is working normally.
Otherwise, someone will need to check the WCS or WLC to determine if the LWAP is online or not.

our documentation bottleneck is one of the main
challenges to deploying WLC networks ... we have
some thoughts as to how to break the logjam, but
they'll take a little while before they come to
fruition.

Hopefully you also know the URL that points to the 1242 document as well.
Hopefully the URLs will last longer than the attachments on this thread.
