List for Controler firmware that work with APXXXX

Hi

so we just orderd a new AP9120-AXI-E and a new controller. 

But i just wanted to test the AP against the current installation. 

Dint work, so my first tought is that the AP is to new for the firmware we are runing

is there a list of what works ? 

Runing a 5508 WLC with Software Version 8.5.161.0, i know its old

You need version 8.9.111.0 at least. 

but the problem is that 5508 stop in 8.5. So, you need a new WLC.

yeah new WLC is coming later, but you know i just wannted to test it

Maybe Virtual WLC.
