List of allowed mac address in Cisco WLC 5520

Hi All

I am looking to find the option in Cisco Wireless LAN Controller 5520 where i can get a list or spreadsheet of the current mac addresses allowed through the mac filtering. I would like to see the details of these allowed mac addresses with creation date or last time seen on the controller.

Please suggest if there is any way i can get this information. Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Thank you

You can see the current list off allowed mac addresses using below command;

show macfilter summary

show macfilter detall AA:AA:AA:AA:AA:AA

I do not think you check the client history in AireOS WLC's natively, but you can do it by integrating with Cisco Prime Infra, we have used SolarWinds in the past for this as well.

If you are using 9800, you may have historical logs up to some time, depending on how busy your WLC is. But it will be little bit tricky to find the information you need as there will be lot of logs. So again you need to use Cisco PI or DNA center.
