LWAP sends gratious ARP

Hi all!

I have NME-AIR-WLC12-K9 software version  5.2.178 and LAP1131AG software version 12.4(18a) access points in my wireless network .

I see that APs sent   once a minute gratious ARP packets, so in my IPS trigered signature "ARP reply to broadcast".

How can I turn off this feature? I did not find anything in configuratioln guide.

Hi,

You cannot disable this.

But I don't think it's a faulty behavior. Why is your IPS complaining about gratuitous ARP ? Lots of device do that.
