Maps are not showing rogue details

Dear All,

After upgrading prime to version 2.2 from 2.1, also MSE from 8.0.100.0 to 8.0.110.0 we are unable to see rogue ap, rogue clients, interferers etc.

Only heat map is getting generated. CAS & WIPS services are showing 'in sync'

Ensure Maps under Network design are enabled with CAS services and in sync state... Not only controllers...

If not, select the maps and synchronize with MSE CAS services..

Thanks! I failed to check that maps are synchronized or not. After selecting all maps and selected MSE & CAS it started working..

You need to enable CAS services for the heat map to be generated.
