I need to know the maximum number of devices 1562I can support simultaneously and document of Cisco's documentation mentions this problem.

The answer is "it depends". Better describe what you want to achieve and not just look at data sheet values.

best practice is 20-25 users/end device  if you looking to have optimal results.
